Can my child stay with us at Bugis Social?
For safety reasons, children are not allowed to sleep on the loft bed (upper level). They may only sleep on the lower bed.
Therefore, we recommend booking room types with sufficient lower sleeping space, such as:
• Triple Room
• Family Room for 5 or 6
• Large Room for up to 8 guests
What document do I need for check-in?
A physical ID/NRIC/Passport are required to check-in
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Is it possible to drop off luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, you may store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out.
However, we do not offer overnight storage, and all items must be collected before 12:00 AM (midnight).
I’m under 18 years old. Am I allowed to check in without an accompanying adult?
Minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Guests under 18 years of age must provide a consent letter from a parent.
Is water, coffee, or tea available in the room?
We provide bottled water in the room.
For coffee and tea, please approach our front desk. You may also use the kettle and mugs available at the common area.
Is the room equipped with a 3-pin or universal socket?
Our rooms are equipped with standard 3-pin sockets only. We do not provide universal sockets.
How frequent is the housekeeping?
Basic housekeeping is provided daily. Bed linen is changed once every three days.
Do I need to pay deposit when check-in
Yes, a refundable deposit of SGD 50 is required upon check-in.
The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a room inspection.
Are there laundry services provided at the hotel?
Self-service washer and dryer are available in common area at $8/each usage.
Can I cancel my booking and get refund?
All bookings are under the non-cancellation and non-refundable policy
Do all rooms have a projector?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a projector for your in-room viewing experience.
Can I watch movies in the room?
Yes, each room is equipped with a projector, screen, and set-top box, allowing you to easily browse and enjoy a selection of movies.
What type of movie genres are available on the set-top box
There is a wide selection of content available on the set-top box, including action, romantic dramas, narrative films, and disaster movies. You can also find English, American, and Korean dramas, as well as movies that are often still available even after they have left theatres.
Is Wi-Fi fast enough for streaming?
Yes, our hotel provides high-speed Wi-Fi, which is suitable for streaming movies and online content.
How do I use the projector?
Instructions are provided in the room for your convenience.

Is there any extra charge for using it?
No, the use of the projector is complimentary and included with your stay.
Can I use the projector anytime?
Yes, you may use the projector at any time during your stay.
